Toshiba Satellite Touchpad Not Working

At first I thought it might've been a corrupted windows installation but then accessing the Bios menu (F2 key worked) I was unable to input any other keyboard commands. Lun Oh wow!! Check This Out

Firstly touchpad freeze, after that also keyboard doesn't work. Was it helpful for You? Exit the registry and reboot. Keyboard will work in BIOS but when windows loads it stops working and isn't even in Device manager unless the PS/2 keyboard is the keyboard on this laptop (not sure).
